The video service is for people, companies, and producers who need someone to fully shoot, direct, and even conceptualize their video. We can do music videos, commercials, films, corporate/training, or any video that needs to be directed and shot by a small to medium-sized crew. I provide lights, camera, lenses, electronic equipment, reflector, jib/crane, dolly/tracks, tripod, monopod, steadicam, and shoulder mount. I have a full post production suite for editing, visual effects, music, motion graphics, and sound. You can come to me with an idea or script, or I can come up with a pitch for your video.

Video is delivered on a printed DVD/Bluray as well as a web high definition file and Youtube/Vimeo. All video services can include high resolution photography in addition to the video for a discounted price.

Video and Audio Hire Work

Hire work is for a project that just needs me to shoot, or just edit, or just sound engineer, etc. Here are some of the video services offered and a price estimate.

Cinematography Service is $100 for a standard 8 hour work day, and I can work longer or multiple days. Post production packages start at $60. As a cinematographer, I also work as a visual effects supervisor on-set if the project requires it, so your footage is shot ideally for post production visuals. Contact me with information on your project to get a quote. All video services can include high resolution photography in addition to the video for a discounted price. Let me know if you have any questions.

Camera Operation Service is self explanatory, and starts at $80 for an 8 hour work day. I can provide an HD 24p SLR camera with professional lenses, fluid head tripod, slider dolly, and shoulder mount. Our other rigs are extra for rent, which include dolly and tracks, jib (can combine with dolly), and steadicam vest rig . This is not the cinematography service, I expect a director of photography to tell me what shot they want me to get.

Sound Engineering Services range from boom operation, to mixing, to editing, all the way to designing sound. If original music is required, that can be arranged. Prices vary depending on the job and nature of the project, but typically start at $9 an hour. We can provide microphone stands, cables, microphones, professional audio recorder, and any required crew. If sound mixing or editing is desired, we do most in Final Cut Studio, usually Soundtrack Pro, but sometimes utilize Logic and other software.

Post Production Services can include editing, sound editing and design, music mixing and editing, DVD design, authoring, and printing. I also do complex visual effects, 3D modeling and animation, compositing and green screen work, as well as motion graphics and titles. Quotes vary depending on which specific aspects of the service your project requires, but a “full package” of everything above, not including complex visuals or motion graphics starts at $100. I recommend contacting me for an accurate quote.

Commercial/Marketing/Advertising
I shoot photography for individuals and businesses. This could be a head shot for your professional needs, shots of your business (such as a restaurant), product photography, promotional materials, etc. This can be combined with my graphic design service for an additional price. Commercial photography packages start at $60 for a shorter session. Graphic design starts at $20 when combined with the commercial photography service.

Event
I can shoot any kind of event in the Hampton Roads area. Weddings, band concerts, school plays, sports games, extreme sport sessions, etc. Short events start at $50, while longer events start at $100. Weddings and full-day, involved events where I am with you every step of the way start at $300. Prices will vary depending on the nature of the event, I suggest contacting me for a full quote.

Models/Bands/Artists
Staged sessions for models, bands, and other artists and performers start at $60. I can come up with concepts, and you can run concepts by me. I provide lights, place to shoot, camera, lenses, filters, etc. You just need to bring your attire/props. Prices vary based on number of shots and sets. Graphic design, such as album artwork, is also available.

Portrait
I can do portrait work that includes high school seniors, newborns, infants, children, pets, families, professional portraits/head shots, and other requested art portraiture. Prices for portrait work start at $50 a session.

Pricing and Delivery
All prices on this page are basic, contact me with information on your session/project for a full quote, and to book an appointment. I provide transportation for me and my gear. All photos can be printed at Mpix.com using their prices, and will always be delivered on a printed disc for free. Discounts available when combined with graphic design or video. This rig is similar to the setups used in the season finale of House and many other shows, commercials, and even feature films, recently. We shoot on professional Canon L series and prime lenses, HD resolution, cinematic frame rate, high quality multi-microphone field recording. All footage is captured on various motion rigs and stabilization systems such as a jib, rolling dollies, fluid tripod, steadicam, and stabilized handheld rig. More pictures coming soon.
